Plastic Engineer (M/F)

Based: At our new Technical Center at Heitersheim near Freiburg – Baden-Württemberg

Position: Plastic Engineer

Reporting to: Technical Director / Management in Germany

Missions: Ensure proper functioning of the technical platform of TCGE (Technical Center Germany) and its
maintenance

Set-up and operate Injection Molding machines (type DEMAG) and peripheral equipment in order to optimize
process and product quality

Execute customer demonstrations/material testing with the tools available

Participate in development projects and maintain technical relations with customers

Attached to the “Industrialization” team, the candidate will provide the connection of the TCGE with the French
headquarters, consisting of a team of engineers and technicians.

Occasionally the candidate may be required to travel to other Technical Centers or with the technical team to
offer on-site client support.

Profile: The candidate should have approximately 5 years plastic injection experience with a strong knowledge
in both injection moulding and moulds. Must be capable to operate and adjust the presses, moulds and the
handling and programming of robot grippers along with all other peripheral equipment.

We are seeking a motivated, team player who is also capable of working independently.

A good knowledge in the field of electrical and automation and/or in CAD design would be an advantage.

Experience in the field of compression and processing of composite materials would be a real added value.

Language: Native German & good level of English required.
