Business Development Manager (M/F)
Based: At our new Technical Center at Heitersheim near Freiburg – Baden-Württemberg
Position: Business Development Manager
Reporting to: Business Development Director / Management in Germany
Missions: Building and maintaining a strong relationship with key customers, notably in the automotive
industry
Preparing and negotiating quotations for customer projects
Create marketing & sales plans
Advising and first line support for customers
Supporting Project Management
Attached to the “Business Development” team, the candidate will provide the connection of the TCGE with the
French Headquarters, consisting of a team of Engineers and Technicians.
Regular travel within Germany is essential and occasional travel to other subsidiaries and international trade
shows.
Profile: The candidate should have approximately 10 years Business Development experience, notably in the
Automotive Industry
Capable of operating independently, motivated, convincing, solid & a team player
Language: Native German and bilingual English
Proven experience in working with key customers in the Automotive Industry

Business Development and engineering support for know-how and technology transfer.
Sales are 90 % international, mainly in USA, Germany, Japan, Taiwan and China. RocTool technologies are

(automotive, aerospace, sports & leisure, electronics…)
