 Processing Guide: Silicone
 Extruder: Single screw with attached feeding roll in the intake area. No vacuum required.
 Screw Design: Single flight screw with diminishing pitch.
10-12:1 L/D. Deep flight transport screw.
 Compression Ratio: typical 1.5 : 1
 Cylinder Temperatures: Barrel should not exceed 50°C/122°F (less in some applications). Cooling water required.
 Melt Temperature: Extruded at room temperature.
 Pre-Drying: Not required.
 Calibration: Not required.
 Miscellaneous: 60-120 mesh stainless steel screen.
Extrudate cured by HAV, salt bath or steam.
