Bergen International LLC announces a new manufacturing facility. The new 13,700 sqm (45,000 sq.ft.) building includes a new extrusion line complete with updated material handling equipment, and enables Bergen International to double its manufacturing and production capabilities. The new building also houses a state-of-the-art laboratory facility. In addition, Bergen has increased their production, laboratory, shipping and receiving staff.
The company’s Foamazol, Foamazol XO, and Foamazol XOP chemical foaming agents are available for use in most plastic applications such as pipe, profile, sheet extrusion, injection, structural foam, rotational molding, blown and extruded films, among others. These CFAs are available in endothermic, exothermic and endo/exo blends. Forms include pelletized masterbatches and powders. Products are available for use with a range of resins such as PP, PE, copolymers, PS, PPO, and PPE, PET, TPO/TPE and Thermoplastic Rubber. Custom formulations are also available.
