Unicor, a leading supplier of corrugated pipe technology, has acquired majority ownership of Adescor Inc., located in Exeter, Ontario. Adescor develops, builds and distributes downstream equipment for the production of corrugated pipes, including saws, cutters, bell in-line trimmers and other downstream equipment used in pipe extrusion.
Unicor and Adescor have worked together on the North American market for a long time, with numerous projects where both companies equipment has been used. Tony Kime, former representative of Unicor and ongoing shareholder of Adescor, will run the business of Adescor as President. At the K-Show in October, Unicor will present the product range of Adescor at its exhibition stand.
